Before you buy anything, please be sure to measure your room, doorways, hallways and your delivery path carefully. Please inspect your furniture for damage and defects before accepting delivery. If your furniture is damaged from our delivery or is defective, we will fix it. If it cannot be fixed, we will get you a replacement.
Once your furniture is in your home and you discover the furniture doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you imagined, you can request to return your items within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
You’re eligible for a 90% store credit or refund on in-stock items. Need us to pick it up? For a $99 trip fee we can pick it up from your home (only available locally).
You’re eligible for a 75% store credit on items that have been customized in any way. Need us to pick it up? For a $99 trip fee we can pick it up from your home (only available locally).
Stained, damaged, or unsanitary furniture items cannot be returned. You also cannot return or obtain a refund for services such as delivery and Garrisons’ Benefits Program.
You should allow a 30-day adjustment period for any new mattress to give your body time to adjust to the new support. However, if between 30 and 120 days from delivery or pickup you are unsatisfied with your mattress purchase, you may take advantage of a one-time Comfort Exchange.
Comfort Exchanges apply to mattresses only; adjustable bases, pillows, and other sleep accessories are excluded. If a less expensive replacement is chosen, a store credit will be issued for the difference. Our standard delivery fees and a $100 fee will apply to all Comfort Exchanges.
Our standard return policies apply to all other mattress returns and exchanges. Any free gift amounts earned with original purchase will be deducted from the return credit. If exchanging foundations (high profile for low profile, or vice-versa) our standard delivery fees will apply.
Stained, damaged, or unsanitary mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged. We also cannot return or exchange any mattress with the Mattress Law tags removed.
Items purchased “AS-IS” are final sales and cannot be returned or cancelled. Some of these items may be sold with pre-existing defects or imperfections, so it’s a good idea to inspect these items in person before making a purchase.
